Personalization Options

2024 Graduation Banner Order process and manufacturing

• Select your grad banner and size.
• Select the material option you would like.  The most common material is 13 oz. vinyl.  We also offer an 8 oz. mesh banner that is lighter and allows for more air flow.
• All designs are reviewed and may be sent back to customers if needed to ensure a quality print.
• Use the notes section in the checkout and communicate any additional needs or specifications.
• Production is 5-7 business days.  Contact us for rush orders and add need by date at checkout.
• Local pick-up is available for Lewis Center, Ohio ONLY.

Our custom graduation banners are hemmed on two sides using double sided banner adhesive. We install grommets in all four corners for multiple hanging options.   All graduation banners are printed in high definition using Latex Inks that are environmentally friendly compared to solvent and eco-solvent (economical) printers.

Choose to direct print your graduation banner on 13 oz. PVC banner or 8 oz. PVC mesh.  PVC banner is a type of large format printing material made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic. PVC graduation banners are durable and weather-resistant, making them ideal for outdoor use. They can be custom printed with high-quality graphics and designs and can be easily installed using grommets or other mounting options. All graduation banners are 100% customizable.  Pick a design close and we will make requested changes. Add personal photos, academic and extracurricular achievements, catch phrases, and nicknames.  Change colors and graphics to make your graduation banner unique.

Preproduction Proofs

We send graduation banner proofs for approval prior to production.  Please check your account email for approval requests.  For faster turnaround please send high quality logos or images that you want to include.  Photos should be 300 dpi (3000 x 3600) Logos should be in a vector file format such a .ai, .svg, .eps or .pdf.

Guarantee

We stand behind our custom printed products.  Our goal is to deliver products to customers that meet or exceed their needs.  We will replace or refund any orders because of poor print quality or manufacturing defects.  Please contact us with any questions or concerns and we will do our best to make it right.

Shipping

Shipping dates are contingent on proof approvals.  We typically print and ship within 1 to 2 business days of proof approval.  We work with our customers on fast turnarounds for all our products.  Just let us know if you have a specific deadline so we can accommodate.
