How do I upload a design file?

All customizable projects have an option for you to upload a design file on the product page when you are making your selections. There is also an online design tool available for some of our products. And we offer downloadable templates for our custom display products such as flags, table runners, table covers, tents, and backdrops.

What is the difference between product personalization and customization?

Products that are personalized are predesigned with an option to change the text to include a name, message or upload an image. Products that are customized have no design elements and require a design file to be either uploaded at the time of order or created by using the design application software if available.

Does the design application tool work with all products?

No, our design application tool is limited to creating custom banners and will soon include roll-up displays, stickers, decals, wallcoverings, magnets, posters, and wrapping papers. We offer downloadable templates for products such as flags, table runners, table covers, tents, and backdrops. We are in the process of adding flat fee design services for larger projects such as vehicle wraps and store signage.

What if I cannot find a template for the product I want to order?

If you do not see a template for the product you would like to order, please contact us and we will provide you with a solution.

Why do I have to create an account to use the design application tool?

The design application tool runs on a separate platform from the eCommerce site. Your registered account information is used to make sure that we connect your designs to your account for order accuracy.

What if I have an issue with using the design too?

Please contact us with any questions. We are happy to engage with our customers and answer any questions. If you are experiencing knowledge or technical difficulties with our site or DIY design tool, contact us for assistance.

Can I change the colors of a predesigned product?

Yes, in almost all cases you can request a design change. The only exception would be for some of our smaller items such as individual stock decals. Most items that can be personalized will also prompt you for color changes. And you can just ask us to make it. We are developing new designs on a regular basis and are happy to offer designs based on customer feedback and requests.

How can I ensure my design will print right?

Let us help you with ensuring the quality of your print. For many of our products we have pre-designed templates to ensure printing quality is met. We inspect all designs prior to running production on any order. We also inspect items post-production. For larger production orders the quality check is a spot check.

We stand behind our work. If you receive a defective product, let us know and we will do our best to make it right with a replacement or refund.

Can I personalize individual items with a bulk order?

In most cases yes! For example, if you are ordering a set of banners and would like each banner to have a different picture, name, or logo. We will print it as one lot so you can receive the optimal discount on your order. Just ask!

Some exceptions apply to some of our bulk marketing products. If you are not sure or have a special need for personalization, just ask!

Do you offer installation services?

Yes, we partner with other small business owners across the US to offer installation services. Please contact us prior to ordering to ensure we can service your area.

What is the Pay It Forward Partner Program?

The Pay It Forward Partner Program is an initiative to help build financial resources, social pressure support, and public awareness to put an end to human trafficking and ritual sacrifice. We are a sign company, and it is our mission to help communicate important messages on behalf of our clients. The millions of trafficked men, women, and children need our help.

We offer customizable products to our clients at a competitive price and in turn ask them to commit the purchase to the fight against human trafficking. Again, there is no additional cost. We are financing the support by donating revenue we would otherwise keep, while maintaining competitive prices. It is a small price to pay to put an end to human slavery.

Our products are items that are routinely purchased by businesses, and we strive to keep the prices competitive. We believe declaring a partnership against human trafficking is a powerful statement. We hope to build a large list of supporters and the ability to fund the organizations on the front line of this fight for humanity.

Additionally, when a customer chooses to buy from Liberty Sign and Graphics, we get the opportunity to financially support the fight in causes where we could not otherwise contribute. In turn our customer gets the opportunity to increase the visibility of support and share in the experience by publicly declaring they are in the fight.
