Shipping Policy

This policy applies to online orders only. All other orders will be managed based on the individual terms and conditions set forth at the time of sale.

Production lead times vary depending on the product and complexity of the customization, if applicable. Stock items are defined as products that we maintain a regular inventory and can be produced and shipped within two (2) business days of the order. Our business days are Monday through Friday excluding most federally recognized holidays.

Custom made to order products will typically be produced and shipped no later than two (2) to fifteen (15) business days from proof approval by the customer, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please see the product description regarding proof approval requirements prior to releasing orders to production. Customers may waive proof approval by adding a comment in the notes section upon checkout. Please note bulk orders may require additional processing time and we will notify the customer upon receipt of an order. Customers are also encouraged to reach out directly to discuss any of their order and delivery needs. When possible, we expedite production and shipping to help our customers meet tight deadlines.

Shipping options are determined by product and product category. When possible, we offer a “Free Shipping” option to US locations only utilizing standard ground shipping from major carriers including but not limited through the United States Post Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, and DHL. We also offer expedited shipping through partner carriers for all of our products if desired, at customer expense. For our customers local to the Columbus, Ohio area we offer local instore pick-up. If you are shipping to Canada, please contact us to arrange shipping if otherwise unable to process online.
